Imagine one day people just stop dying. You can have heart attack, get shot in the face, have a bomb attached to your body explode and you will still not die. Your eyes will not close and your brain will still function. You are left with an eternity (literally) of living in pain. Not sure when and if the universe will ever go back to normal and if people will once again go back to dying. Well this is what’s happening on the new television series Torchwood: Miracle Day. Miracle Day, the day humans stop dying, is it a miracle? Or is it really something much much worse. The series just started in July, and in a summer with no Mad Men, it has definitely filled a void. If you love science fiction mixed in with a little walking dead, and some aliens this is the show for you. It’s full on conspiracy theories, secret csi groups that the csi doesn't even know exist. I did some research and I read that this series has been running on Starz BBC for a couple of years already, but it is brand new to the US Straz. It is really great, and i highly recommend it. I am so hooked I have found myself on you tube watching old shows from the BBC series beacuse I am just dying to know exactly what is Torchwood. How did it start? What is their mission? It is just at that point now where hopefully next week we will find out what exactly is behind the reasoning that people have stopped dying. Pharmaceutical Companies? Aliens? Torchwood? CSI? Who or what is behind this? I can’t wait to find out!
